# Reservation Retrieval

**Web Service Operation**:

* This operation allows the PMS to download reservations from RG Bridge.

**Messages Involved**:

1. **OTA\_ReadRQ**:
   * Sent by the PMS to the RGBridge Service to request new reservations.
2. **OTA\_ResRetrieveRS**:
   * Sent by RGBridge in response to the PMS request, providing the list of new reservations.
   * **Exception**: If a SOAP level error occurs, a SOAP-fault message will be sent instead.
