# Project Plan

The project plan will be divided into four distinct phases:

1. **Initiation**: This phase sets the groundwork for the project, establishing key objectives and requirements.
2. **Development**: The main phase where the actual creation and coding of the project take place.
3. **Certification**: This stage involves rigorous testing and validation to ensure the project meets all specified standards and requirements.
4. **Production Pilot**: The final phase where the project is implemented in a real-world environment with a select group of alpha customers.

**Alpha customers** need to be identified at the start of the project for the production pilot. Both RateGain and the partner will collaborate with these customers to align expectations and optimally meet their requirements.
