# Vision of Integration

The first step is to establish a clear vision for the integration. This includes:

* **Business Case**:
  * Determine the potential number of hotels likely to use the integration.
  * Prepare a list of launch customers in advance.
  * Define the pricing model and the overall business case early in the process.
* **Channels**:
  * Identify and agree on the list of channels or OTAs (Online Travel Agents) to be managed through the integration right from the start.
