# Booking Storage and Retrieval
UltraDirect does not store nor provide a transactional method to retrieve booking transactions from the Hotel CRSs.
Therefore, one of the requirements for this project is that the Demand Partner stores all booking information on their local servers. It is also suggested that raw XML transactions are logged and stored as part of the customer's booking.
Some booking information will be needed to cancel and/or resolve Customer Service queries.
